But there’s one formality the hopeful groom-to-be must take care of first: asking Amy’s devout churchgoing folks (Fred Willard, Georgia Engel) for their daughter’s hand in marriage. To that end, “”Robert convinces Ray to accompany him to meet her parents in [Pennsylvania],”” says Rosenthal.
